Shipping and returns terms and conditions

 

Shipping
 

  • Within Montreal, flat rate $20.00 with tracking (excluding taxes).

  •  Within Canada, flat rate $25.00 with tracking (excluding taxes)

  • Within USA, flat rate of $35.00 with tracking (excluding taxes)
    Customer is responsible for taxes, customs duties, and any other related import costs.

     

  • Shipping can take between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your Province or State. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by issues that are out of our control.
     

  • Your order can be subject to change due to product availability. In these exceptional cases, where inventory is no longer available, that item(s) will be removed from your order and all other items still in your cart will be shipped. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items shipped and the amount charged.
     

  • After an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items, or change the address the order is being shipped to.
     

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
     

  • We do not deliver to a post office box.
     

  • If an order or any part of it, is refused without authorization, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges & any related customs duties, taxes or import/export fees.
     

 

Taxes, Duties, and other costs
 

  • Canada: Applicable taxes such as the GST, QST (Quebec only) and HST will be added to your order as applicable based on the delivery address as specified by the customer.
     

  • USA orders: The customer is responsible for taxes, customs duties or other related import costs.
     

 

Delivery

​

  • Lauri's Boutique may take up to three business days after the order has been placed to confirm the availability of the goods ordered and to verify the transaction.  Once the transaction is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email and the order will be shipped according to Lauri’s Boutique terms and conditions.
     

  • Orders are processed by Lauri’s Boutique from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding holidays. If an order is placed outside of business hours, on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day.
     

 

Returns
 

  • We want your purchases from Lauri's Boutique to be perfect however, if an item doesn’t meet your satisfaction, you must request a return authorization by email (laurisboutique@videotron.ca) or by phone (514-505-6155) within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will need your name, order number, item number, size, and reason for return.
     

  • The item(s) must be returned to the store within 10 business days of your original purchase.
     

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered in any way with original tags attached.

 
 

 There are two ways to return:

  • In person: Return your purchase in store at 3549 Boul. Saint-Charles, Kirkland, QC, Canada  H9H 3C4
     

  • By mail:  To Lauri's Boutique 3549 Boul. Saint-Charles, Kirkland, QC, Canada H9H 3C4 Return authorization number must be marked clearly on the outside of the package.
     

  •  Store credit or refund will be issued once the item(s) are received and inspected.
     

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit or refund issued.
     

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend retaining the tracking number for returned packages.  Lauri's Boutique will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is recommended.
     

  • Returned items from USA: The customer is responsible for shipping costs and related duties and taxes.
     

  • All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, in the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged shipment, notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
     

  • Sale items are considered "final sale" and are not eligible for return, refund or store credit.
     

  • Exchanges: Shipping costs for replacement item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
     

 

Lauri's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria set out above or that has been returned without a reference number.
 

Lauri’s Boutique reserves the right to limit order quantities at its discretion.
